The APSR project is a network testing suite, designed to send, receive and analyze arbitrary network packets on different kinds of networks (Ethernet, TokenRing, ATM, ...). It can be used to test firewalls, routing, security and many other network aspects. The project is splitted in different single programs which are (will be) connected via a powerfull IPC (interproccess communication). The main goal of the APSR project is to develop a high quality network testing suite. The license covers (but is not limited to) documentation, source code and binary code in every form which includes (but is not limited to) written and digital forms of the whole APSR project. You may download and distribute the unmodified APSR source code, the APSR documentation and all other work which is related to the APSR project for free and non-commercial use, but with the following limitations: a) You MAY NOT distribute a MODIFIED version of the APSR project without PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSIONS from Martin Kluge AND Maik Pfeil b) You MAY charge a small fee for the physical act of transferring a copy of the APSR project. c) You MAY NOT use the APSR project in any commercial enviroment.
